Kek Lapis Coklat Cheese

Part I :
250gm butter (a)
100gm caster sugar (a)
4 biji telur (b)
200gm american chocolate mix (c)
250ml air (c)
1tin susu manis (388gm) (c)
1 tin reduced cream (250gm) (c)
150gm tepung h.kong (c)

Pukul bahan (a) hingga kembang.Kemudian masukkn bahan (b) dan (c).pukul hingga 3-4 minit

Part II :
750gm creamcheese (a)
180gm caster sugar (a)
4biji telur (b)

Pukul bahan (a) hingga kembang.Last msukkn bahagian (b)

p/s : Lapis part I lu then bru lapis part II.

creamchease ekot suke nk gune jenama ape..
american choc - serbuk coklat
1 lapisan dlm 15min..tgk pd suhu yg d gunekan...suhu antara 150 - 180
